Delivery and payment terms that should be explicit in the quotation
The terms below are option examples. The appropriate delivery basis is selected at quotation stage according to the transport mode, handover point, destination and each party’s responsibility.
EXW / FCA
The collection or carrier-handover point is stated together with its precise address, loading responsibility and export formalities.
FOB / CFR / CIF
Where applicable to sea transport, the port of loading, destination port, freight and insurance responsibilities are stated separately.
Payment and banking terms
Currency, payment stages, any letter-of-credit conditions, bank charges, documentary conditions and due dates are recorded for the specific order.

Which files should I submit?
If available, send the mechanical design, equipment schedule, load table and specification. Otherwise, country, city, building type, approximate area and schedule are enough for an initial review.
